Water Confidence Jump Instructor Course
Today, woke up at 5.30am.*Yawns*. Went to get ready for the instructor course. So went out and met Chenson. Was waiting for Wen Kiong so I bought spring rolls. Wah!!So nice...Then after Wen Kiong arrived, we took a train and waited for Desmond. Poor him, when he arrive, he got no place to sit! So he stand all the way while we were all catching some rest. Upon reaching Pasir Ris Station, we got off and went to Mac for our breakfast. Met Salmi and Shaheed there. Were having some talks before we went to take bus to Loyang.
Loyang loyang~~Where are you?We later then found out that we got off at the wrong bus stop, and went walking all the way in to Police Coast Guard area. Upon reaching, we were required to show our IC as proof. When Wen Kiong was going there, OMG! He forgot to bring his IC and he lost his student ez-link card! Luckily ah, heng ar, so the heng ah, Deputy Warden recognise him and allow him in. Guess its not bad being HRC trainer after all.
Inside there, we were firstly briefed by Sir Bala. He taught us all the things that is required to know as a WCJ instructor. Then we were being tested. First section was knots. Wah, ala chicken feet. Could do every knot except one new knot which was taught for rescuing purposes. Picked it up fast and learn that well. I've managed to do it!Yeah! Then went to have lunch. OMG its the bento box that I always see. The food seriously sucks..But nvm la huh,jus eat it anyway. Then went to proceed on to the next test. Buoyant test. We were required to throw the buoyant thingy as far as we could. So at the count of 1,2, and 3. Wala!I threw it and it seems so far. Cool!I did it! The next test was the jetty jump. Sigh~ It seems so high. Mummy!Help me!!! After that, I couldn't care anymore. JUMP! I landed hard in the water. Bloop Bloop~Feel like a jellyfish. Then my eyes cannot see. Also, think I'm too thirsty already, so I gluped down sea water.A~W~F~U~L!!! Then went to wash up and return back for debrief before heading home.
With a tiring day,
